Certain of the products/services may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified by Serenergy Health LLC. Your use of such products/services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by this reference.

Serenergy Health LLC terms of Service apply to all users of our products/services, including, without limitation, registered and unregistered users.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 12 years of age. If you are under age 12, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use our products/services. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer our products/services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. 

You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms of Service are in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you and the right to access our products/services. Further, our products/services are offered only for your use, and not for the use or benefit of any third party.

To sign up on our website you must provide accurate and complete information and keep your Account information updated. You shall not: 

a. Select or use as a username a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person.

b. Use as a username a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization

c. Use, as a username, a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. 

You agree that you are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and for keeping your Account password secure. You may never use another person's user account or registration information for our products/services without permission. You must notify us immediately of any change in your eligibility to use our products/services (including any changes to or revocation of any licenses from state authorities), breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. You should never publish, distribute or post login information for your Account. You shall have the ability to delete your Account, either directly or through a request made to one of our employees.

Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

Serenergy Health LLC takes customer satisfaction seriously; that's why it is important to us to resolve any problem you have with any of our products. You may return items purchased on Serenergy Health LLC within 8 days for a refund. Unfortunately, Serenergy Health LLC will not process a return and refund if:

- The customer used the product. 

- The customer bought the product on sale. 

- The customer does not have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To process your return, email us at hello@serenergyhealth.com with your order number, and we will provide the instructions.

Once your items(s) are received, and the refund is authorized, Serenergy Health LLC will reimburse you within 15 days. 

If the product is defective or damaged, Serenergy Health LLC will cover the cost of shipping. If the customer no longer wants the product, the purchaser covers the cost of shipping back to Serenergy Health LLC.

Damages and Issues

If the product you bought is defective, damaged, or got the wrong product, you might contact us within seven days of delivery for a replacement by emailing hello@serenergyhealth.com with the damage details and a photo of the damage if relevant, and your order number. 

Exchanges

We must process the return of the item you have, and once Serenergy Health LLC has received it, you must make a new purchase for the new product you want.  If you have any other questions regarding refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@serenergyhealth.com.

Shipping Policy

Serenergy Health LLC offers an efficient free shipping experience through USPS on all orders over $100. 

Serenergy Health LLC processes the orders within 24-48 hours of purchase, and generally, the orders arrive between 5-10 days, depending on the locations. 

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number.

Please email us at hello@serenergyhealth.com if you processed an order with an incorrect address; we will try our best to update the correct address before shipping, but please note that if the order has been sent, we cannot change shipping addresses.
